What began as Katie’s obsession soon became our craft. After being diagnosed with Celiac disease, Katie set out on a journey to discover — and eventually create — cider that was naturally gluten-free, completely dry, and allowed the apples to speak for themselves. Along the way, she apprenticed with some of the best cider makers in the country (Eve’s Cidery and ANXO), restored an abandoned orchard lovingly nicknamed The Forchard, planted countless cider apple trees, and poured her heart into crafting ciders that are dry, funky, and fresh — all from New York State apples.

Erin, true to form and never one to say no, joined the adventure from the very beginning. With her meticulous eye for detail and “clean freak” sensibility, she’s the perfect complement to Katie’s ambitious, too-many-irons-in-the-fire energy.

Together, we’ve turned passion into practice, and practice into a business we’re proud of — sharing ciders that reflect the fruit, the orchards, and the love we’ve poured into every step.
